DESCRIPTION:WHAT WILL BE TAKING PLACE: We need you to help share an inspiri
 ng message about creativity with about 750 pre-Kindergarten and early lear
 ning center students in York city.  The Youth Literacy Committee is organ
 izing a city-wide volunteer opportunity for Rotarians to distribute copies
  of the book to several classrooms and schools in York. The project also p
 rovides us with an opportunity to promote our mission of improving literac
 y in our community\, which is the keystone for success in life and leads t
 o better job opportunities and personal achievement. This will be one of o
 ur Club's largest and most impactful service projects – and one you will
  not want to miss.   WHAT IS NEEDED: Volunteers are needed to read a copy
  of "Arlo Draws an Octopus" to pre-K students at schools across York City 
 and the surrounding area. Not sure what to expect in the classroom? Prior 
 to the reading day\, there will be some tips and information that will hel
 p prepare you for a great experience!
