Joe Arthur leads an organization of over 125 staff who work with local food banks, such as the York County Food Bank, and other entities to provide that service. He tells of the work of the Food Bank and particularly how they are coping with the pandemic.
Joe is a fellow Rotarian and a member of the Rotary Club of Harrisburg.
