Rich Farr, Executive Director of the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority, also known as rabbittransit, shares a brief history of the organization along with the newest mobility trend -- microtransit.
He discusses the challenges facing the transit industry; the triumphs of several innovative projects; and the impacts of regionalization, based on his service on the National Transit Institute’s Advisory Board.
Rich highlights the inception of rabbittransit’s 501(c)3 charitable arm - rabbitcares - one of the first of its kind in the nation, and explores the past, present and future of mobility in the Susquehanna Valley and what that means for the business community.
