Rotarian and RCY President Anne Druck, President of United Way of York County, speaks on the challenges faced by our neighbors who were already living on the cusp of a financial crisis.
Nearly every facet of what makes a community has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, from the health of our residents and businesses to our economy, educational system, and beyond. United Way of York County stepped up to the challenge to respond to local needs — as they have for the past 100 years. One of the biggest? Access to affordable, high-quality early childhood education programs.
As UWYC celebrates 100 years of impact, Anne shares the ways in which United Way is working to support these families and all of York County for a stronger, caring community where everyone can thrive.
