In 2021, businesses in the United States added nearly 4 million jobs. At the same time, the United States has 3 million fewer workers today than we did in February 2020 before the pandemic. Everywhere we see businesses advertising for workers. How can businesses recruit employees, and how do you retain employees who may think that the grass is greener with a competitor?
We know Walt Tilley from his work with our Youth Exchange program, but is coming in his role as a partner, Stock and Leader, to share a fresh approach on Responding to America’s Labor Shortage.
