PROGRAM: David Bode is the managing partner and principal member in the formation of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, which was launched in 2001. He has more than 32 years of experience in real estate and holds both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. David specializes in owner representation within the office and industrial markets and has a thorough knowledge of investment analysis and consulting for corporate and institutional users and investors.
The Real Estate Market along with many other industries suffered a loss during COVID-19. David will speak to the health of the real estate market pre-COVID-19, during the pandemic, and how the market will likely shift going forward. He will also offer suggestions on how we can protect our community and businesses post pandemic and into the future.

QUESTIONS NEEDED  Program Chair Mike Summers needs thoughtful, fair questions for the two candidates for the 10th Congressional district featuring Scott Perry on September 2 and Eugene DePasquale on October 7.  Since
the Candidates will appear on two separate Rotary programs, so the questions can be individual or for both.  Mike will moderate a "conversation" with each candidate.  Please send your questions by 8/26 to Mike at mvzs2@hotmail.com so the conversation reflects what you want to know about each candidates' views.

The Community Thrives program is a way to share your community building ideas on the national stage, gain support through donations and local connections, and have a chance at receiving a portion of grants to support your program’s success. All organizations may apply for a National Merit Project Grant. Organizations in Gannett Media’s markets will also be considered for a Local Merit General Operating Grant.
