PROGRAM: David Bode is the managing partner and principal member in the formation of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, which was launched in 2001. He has more than 32 years of experience in real estate and holds both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. David specializes in owner representation within the office and industrial markets and has a thorough knowledge of investment analysis and consulting for corporate and institutional users and investors.
The Real Estate Market along with many other industries suffered a loss during COVID-19. David will speak to the health of the real estate market pre-COVID-19, during the pandemic, and how the market will likely shift going forward. He will also offer suggestions on how we can protect our community and businesses post pandemic and into the future.
