LOCATION:
HYBRID MEETING - Country Club of York and Virtual Meeting on zoom.com
PROGRAM:
Rynn Caputo, President and CEO of Caputo Brothers Creamery, has made a
million tough decisions in the past ten years. Not one of them would prepare her
for what happened on March 13th, 2020. As the world shut down, Rynn could only
sit by and watch as all three divisions of her business disappeared. The first to go
were the trips to Italy, then the restaurant and retail shop. Three days later, every
cheese customer they had was gone. Just as it felt like she was going to lose
everything she had spent a decade building, a simple phone call from a local
healthcare company changed everything. As you might recall from the last time
Rynn joined us at the Rotary Club of York, she has always been a believer in
“taking the hard right turn when the path you are on appears to no longer make
sense.” Join us on August 4th as Rynn Caputo shares what it took to forge a
completely new path and why her company is better and stronger for it
