PROGRAM: Ella Weary will speak about her 2019-2020 Rotary Youth Exchange program. She will go over what she learned and experienced in the Rhone-Alpes region of France. She was hosted by the Rotary Club of Val de Fier in Annecy. The presentation will cover her adventures with three different host families, her schooling at lycee Berthollet, and her adaptation to the language and culture of the region. Ella will also discuss how the pandemic affected her daily routine. In addition, she will explain how she was able to communicate through a language barrier. Tune in to hear about a bizarre yet rewarding exchange.

SILENT AUCTION Donations needed! 100% of your cash gift will be used to purchase gift certificates from local York businesses, with an emphasis on minority-owned businesses. Donations can be invoiced. We are also accepting silent auction items including a boat outing, a wine & cheese party, or a stay at your condo/cabin! All can be auctioned off to raise money for the annual Rotary Club of York Fundraising event! Proceeds support the Kiwanis Lake Project, York City Little League, William Penn "Bearcat" Interact Club and a new Child Care Scholarship project.
