PROGRAM: The November election is three weeks away and 2020 has already been a wild, unpredictable year. Our virtual speaker will be Dr. G. Terry Madonna who will speak about the Presidential election and his outlook for election. Both the House of Representatives and the US Senate are also in play as far as who will control the levers of power in Washington DC. Dr. Madonna is Professor of Public Affairs with Franklin and Marshall College, Director, Center for Politics and Public Affairs and Director, Franklin and Marshall College Poll.
