Volunteer at William Penn HS/Hispanic Heritage Assembly

The I.D.E.A Committee is supporting the William Penn Hispanic Heritage Assembly on October 16.  

 

Volunteers are needed for two shifts.  Shift times are 8:30am-11am and 1pm-3pm.  

 

Volunteers will help in two areas.  The first is in crowd control as students are entering (hallway traffic), settling quickly in their seats for each show, and utilizing all seats, since guests will be present, and assisting at the end of the assembly.  The second area of assistance is with the flag parade.  Volunteers would be to walk back through the aisles and display their country's flag.
