Youth Speed Networking_Volunteer Opportunity
Apr 22, 2026 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
The Youth Leadership Committee is proud to partner with The Advantage Program for a special youth leadership engagement event and we need your help!
We are seeking 10 Rotarian volunteers from 10-11:30am (before Rotary meeting) to participate in a fun and meaningful “speed networking” style introduction session with 20 students from York City. This fast-paced networking format will give students the opportunity to:
- Practice professional introductions
- Build confidence in conversation
- Learn about different career paths and leadership journeys
- Connect with positive role models in our community
Volunteers will rotate through brief, structured conversations with students, offering encouragement, sharing insights, and helping them sharpen their communication skills. No preparation is required — just bring your experience, enthusiasm, and willingness to engage.
This is a powerful way to make a direct impact in a short amount of time.
