Budget & Finance (Chair, Steve Klunk) – reviews annual audit and yearly budget for board approval. Handles other miscellaneous financial matters as they arise.
Charitable Grants (Chair, Glenn Smith) – reviews applications for Grants to local non-profit organizations which serve underprivileged, neglected, abused and disadvantaged youth in the committee and selects recipients for board approval. 
Club Communications (Chair, Chris Topf) - reviews Announcer, Website and Member Directory for changes.  Helps with office technology upgrades and problems. Promotes the activities of the club to our members and to the community and press releases to local media. Promotes Rotary and the club’s activities and projects via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn using social media.
Club Foundation Grants (Chair, Shelly Riedel) – reviews applications for Grants to local non-profit organizations which serve underprivileged, neglected, abused and disadvantaged youth in the committee and selects recipients for board approval. 
Club History Committee (Chair, John Klinedinst) – reviews and archives mementos of club history and documents.
Educational/Vocational Guidance (Chair, Ashlee Etzweiler) – supports Educational programs including the William Penn JROTC program funding to purchase supplies and support the Military Ball.  Gives Rotary award to a deserving senior member. Includes support of the Rotary District Four Way Essay and Speech Contests.
Fellowship, Family of Rotary & Rotarians Networking (Chair, Rob Bowen) – assists members in need (Transportation, food, visits, etc. during health recovery or when needed), sends greeting cards to members for special occasions and invites spouses of deceased members to Holiday meeting and 4-H family picnic.  Plans fellowship social events such as York Revolution baseball game, Belmont Theatre productions, Dine Around at local restaurants and other fellowship activities. Schedules vocational gatherings for meal, presentation and tour at local businesses.
Fundraising - Golf/Tennis/Croquet Outing (Chair, James Sanders) – plans the “Love Fore Community” Golf, Tennis and Croquet outing each Fall, which is our major fundraising event, to support the Community Project Fund. 
Global & District Grants (Chair, Trent Davis) – selects projects to support with Matching Dollars from the district and Rotary Foundation for international service projects to improve the daily lives of those in third world countries with such items as computers, technical training, equipment, and medical equipment.  Also coordinates the Club Foundation Grants with District matching for local, smaller projects within the Community.
Investment (Chair, Bill Holly) – invests the club’s Charitable funds (Student Scholarships & Euculano Youth Exchange) long term to gain better yield to support charitable projects.
Invocation (Chair, Eric Chase) – provides the non-denominational prayer at the weekly meeting.  
Legacy/Planned Giving (Chair, Glenn Miller) – promotes Legacy Giving to support the future of the club.
Lend A Hand (Chair, Tina Rohrbach) – reacts to immediate needs within the community to support non-profit organizations with projects such as Holiday Angels, and when a natural disaster/fire occurs, etc.
Literacy (Chair, Deb Harrison) – supports Literacy programs in the community and selects a signature project each year that relates to literacy for children.  
Little League (Chair, Al Sykes) – works with the City of York and Little League to provide support for teams and fields, including field clean up, build batting cages and financial support.
Meeting Services  (Chair, Keith Smith)
Cashier & Registration (Karen McCormack) – Cashier collects the guest fees and assists Registrar as needed at weekly meetings.  Registrar registers     guests and collects makeup cards, checks and other items at weekly meetings  for Bert to process.
      Meeting Support (Chair, Keith Smith) – helps to set up for meetings and tear down afterwards.  Puts mail with badges and gathers mail not taken, collects papers         from tables and items for meetings (gavel, banner, etc), and packs up projector, laptop computer and tripod.   
Membership, Attendance, Orientation (Chair, Jon Toy and Mike King) - encourages members to propose new members and processes the proposals, reviews resignations, and monitors members’ attendance. Encourages new members to become active and engaged in the club.
Preserve Planet Earth (Chair, Aaron Jacobs) – selects projects to support that are ecologically sound, supports beautification of the Rail Trail, plants trees to “re-canopy the City of York”, and provides support for York County Envirothon. Informs club members of ways they can also protect the earth and provides a Floating Island at Kiwanis Lake.    
Program (Chair, Mike Summers) – selects and coordinates the programs for the weekly meetings.
Rotary Foundation (Chair, Tom McCracken) – encourages every member to donate a minimum of $100 annually to the Rotary Foundation so the club meets its yearly goal and every member becomes a Paul Harris Fellow in due time.  Informs the club about opportunities, programs and projects the Foundation offers, supported by their donated dollars.
Rotary Singers (Chair, Cal Weary) - leads the patriotic opening song at the beginning of each club meeting.  May arrange for additional “performances” by interested members during the year. May perform as a group for different programs.
Service Above Self (Chair, Jackie Summers) – selects recipients of the “Charles S. Wolf Service Above Self” award for community members’ actions that reflect the Rotary motto.
Student Education Fund (Chair, Diane Merino) – selects recipients of Whiteley student loans and recipients of the Rotary Merit Scholarships (Mangold, Bush, Kranich, Diehl, Smith, Kahley, Rosenmiller and Hayes), RCY Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students, and the new General Scholarship Fund.  Monitors repayment of prior loans and fund growth.
Student Music (Chair, Lyn Bergdoll) – selects local students to perform at the weekly meetings approximately six times per year.  
Youth Exchange (Chair, Jerry Watson) – promotes cultural exchange for high school students through the Short-Term Exchange Program (students are matched for 4 weeks in the summer in each country) or Year Long Program (students are sent to a foreign country to attend high school and live with host families for 11 months).  Committee also mentors the Inbound and Outbound exchange students.
Youth Leadership (Chair, Becca Hanlon) – coordinates the “Student of the Month” program from local high schools and the Rotary District 7390 Leadership Conference.  Presents the Rotary Service Award to a student at HACC, Penn State-York and York College of PA.
