York City Youth Success 

Request for Proposals 2026

The Rotary Club of York is seeking to transform the lives of York City youth and cultivate their success in collaboration with community partners. 

The Service Project Development Committee of the Rotary Club of York is accepting proposals for new initiatives that demonstrate measurable positive impact in the lives of York City youth ages pre-K through 12th grade. 

Proposals can be for new, innovative programs or a quantum leap to an existing program that will provide measurable impact expansion.

Project budgets must range between $50,000-$100,000 with the possibility of multi-year support. 

Proposals are being accepted December 3, 2025-March 27, 2026, and up to two projects may be accepted.
