Returning Outbound Youth Exchange Student

We will hear from our returning outbound Youth Exchange Student, Scarlett Barshinger, who will be speaking about her Youth Exchange year in Japan. She will talk about how her exchange experience changed her life and perspective, as well as how the connections she made in Japan will affect her life now as a student back in America.
