Mike Mitchell, Executive Director of the High Center at Elizabethtown College, emphasizes the impact of family businesses on our local economy, as well as regionally and on the national level. He also shares data on the importance of family business education, governance and how generational succession is critical for the health of our local communities and non-profit organizations.
Mike has been instrumental in making The High Center into one of the largest and longest tenured family business centers in the nation, with over 200 member companies that represent $24 billion in sales and 24,000+ employees.
